Found this in an Alsatian specialty shop at the Strasbourg train station preparing for a return TGV trip to Paris.
A pleasant brew, particularly after a very warm late spring day. Printemps also reminded me of spring now recently passing in several ways. One was there was some lavender in the nose. But most important, it was refreshing.
My first -- and regrettably -- probably only from Saint-Pierre, I went on their website and it was beautifully photographed and presented. They have a wide range of beers: from the expected BPAs and fruit beers to some stouts. This micro has some 8400+ Uniques on UnTappd, so they have been around a few years. But I can't say much more as the site did not have an English translation button. Good Overall Hugs for bringing brewing back to one of the French provincial kitchens that has one of the highest reputations.
