A - Slightly cloudy straw yellow with a nice foamy white head that leaves good lacing down the side of the glass and has a nice residual head that hangs around.
S - Banana bread, bubble gum, apple, slight pineapple, very fruity and quite pleasant.
T - Spice up front with a nice malt profile that is complimented by a good complex yeast character that provides fruity tones. The beer finishes nice and dry with a good bitter to back up the fruity character. Not particularly sweet, which is good. Light, refreshing, and very crisp for the style. The coriander used in the beer definitely comes through, but it is not as overpowering as it can be in some brews. If there were such a thing as a Belgian pilsner, this would probably be one.
M - Crisp, clean, and dry. Not so sudzy that it sticks around for long, but the bitter gives it a good bite on the tongue.
O - Quite a nice brew. The mildest of the Bridge offerings, but still with plenty of character to satisfy the Belgian-seeking palate.
Overall Bridge has a very well-rounded and consistent lineup. With the exception of the IPA seasonal, all of their beers share similar qualities with differences based on mood/heaviness/complexity/etc. Keep up the good work!
