On tap in Lunenburg.

Appearance: clear, pale golden with plenty of visible carbonation and a very durable head. Lots of lacing.

Sweet and lightly spicy aroma.

Flavor: banana and vague, ripe soft fruits; light hops. light-medium spiciness.Slightly funky

Mouthfeel: lively carbonation; medium body.

Overall: OK

A: Straw-coloured and slightly cloudy.
S: Banana, yeast, coriander, and just a touch of orange.
T: Much the same as the smell, with some sourness.
F: Fuller than I expected.

A nice saison. Halifax is lucky to have this brewery!
