Bottle: Poured a clear black ale with a light brown foamy head with OK retention and some light lacing. Aroma of tart roasted malt notes with light funky notes is more or less pleasant. Taste is a mix of tart notes with some roasted malt wand funky barnyard notes with some very subtle strawberry notes. Body is light with good carbonation. I wasn’t a big fan of the mix of flavours in this beer.

650 ml bottle purchased at the brewery. Label says: Black Saison Brettanomyces Strawberries, bottled 27 September 2016.
A: Black with tan head.
S: Roasted grains with some strawberry sweetness.
T: Sweet strawberry with bitter roasted malt.
F: Smooth and creamy.
