Liked this one. A December IPA? The pine comes through. Mix a bit different than what I've been drinking.

Pours dark and a little hazy. Little nose. But this is a solid, tasty beer.

Great tasting IPA out of Chicago area. The name has a good story as does this smaller sized brewery. Try this beer if you can find it before the Xman puts it out of commission.

Pours a hazy gold color. One inch head of an off-white color. Great retention and good lacing. Smells of piney hops, floral hops, hint of citrus, pale malt, hint of yeast, and a hint of sweet malt. Fits the style of an American IPA. Mouth feel is smooth and clean, with a low carbonation level. There is only a low bitterness. Tastes of hint of piney hops, floral hops, hint of citrus, pale malt, and a hint of sweet malt. Overall, good appearance, aroma, and feel, but body and blend are off.
