Pours a very light golden color. Tons of suspended material in the beer. Thick bubbly head dissipates slowly but steadily leaving some sticky white lacing and a thin layer of bubbly white foam.
Smell has notes of tropical fruits - melons and lemon with a touch of funky yeast.
Taste follows the nose with those tropical fruit, melon, and lemon notes up front giving way to some spicy yeast and a hoppy grassy bitterness lingering on the back end. This beer is dry hopped and that is clear from the flavor. However, it works really well and gives this a nice tropical flavor.
Feel is for lack of a better word, chewy? thick? Its just too heavy for what I'd expect for the style. Mild carbonation. Very dry finish - love that dry finish.
Overall this is a very nice farmhouse ale - I enjoyed it and I'd certainly pick this one up again.

Poured from a bottle into a tulip.
Pours a pale, almost transparent golden yellow with a quarter inch of foam after an aggressive pour. Light fruit and a bit of funk on the nose, more Belgian funk with a touch of lemon tart on the tounge. Drinks light and crisp with mild carbonation. Overall a satisfying farmhouse ale that makes for great summer drinking.
