Very enjoyable and unique saison shared from a bomber in a Guinness gravity pint glass. Look is hazy gold, a little more orange-tinged than the typical straw-yellow farmhouse ale. Bright carbonation with minimal white head and lacing. Smell is fresh, floral, and fruity, with a very noticeable (and to me, appealing) sweet herbal tea aroma. Flavor is a very harmonious, enjoyable, and mild combination of grass, yeast, pepper, citrus, sweet green tea, honey wheat, and bitter hops. Different and memorable without being off the reservation, and very bright and tasty, especially on a warm, sunny afternoon. Feel is medium and sticky for a saison, but still somehow crisp and bubbly. Greatly enjoyed this one.

650ml bottle - a pretty summery sounding sort of brew to hit our local shelves in early November, but I guess that's part and parcel of a new listing.
This beer pours a hazy, medium golden yellow colour, with three fingers of puffy, loosely foamy, and well-bubbly off-white head, which leaves a bit of chunky sea monster profile lace around the glass as things quickly dissolve.
It smells of fresh orchard fruit straight off (apple, pear, peach and mango) - which is a vestige of the particular infused tea, yeah, but very nice all the same - gently spicy yeast, a grainy and slightly bready pale maltiness, and equally prominent leafy, floral, and softly perfumed hop esters. The taste is gritty bready and crackery pale malt, a rather robust green tea fruitiness (mostly inline with that of the aroma, but perhaps a smidge more tart), sanguine yeast, a muddled table top pepper mill dustiness, and further floral, leafy, and earthy hop bitters.
The carbonation is adequate in its plainly supportive frothiness, the body a sturdy middleweight for the style, and more or less smooth, the aforementioned easy-going yeast barely making a dent here. It finishes well off-dry, the fruity sweetness going the extra mile in keeping my tastebuds engaged and unquestioning.
Overall, a pleasant enough saison, one, um, 'kissed' by the addition of some pretty fruity Rooibos tea, which does a lot of damage to the potential intricacies of the base saison, but after a while, my palate just doesn't care. Too bad my deck is probably going to have snow on it later today, otherwise, I'd be taking this out there, just out of principle.

Really drinkable lighter saison. I thoroughly enjoyed the floral fresh taste with jasmine, rose and cherry blossom notes that complimented the mild bread yeast. So many saisons are so yeast forward, but this one balanced the yeast with the floral addition. Finishes mildly tart and mildly salty with a longer mild biscuit finish. I really liked how this took a saison in a new direction; where everybody is adding pepper, coriander and other spicy things to their saisons, this goes the other direction making a smoother well rounded version. Worth a try if you're a saison drinker.

A: very low carbonation, almost flat.
S: mild: white peach, red apple, papaya
T: simple, mild, a little tart, not much fruit
M:practically flat
O: not really that bad but there are so many saisons that are better that it would be pretty tough to choose this one again.
