Very Good
Notes: A bracingly bitter yet well balanced IPA that is brewed with Organic Carafa Malt and Sinamar for body and a distinct black colour. Bitter Get’er India is hopped continuously throughout the boil and then dry-hopped post fermentation. Hop Heads wanted!

This black IPA tastes, looks, and smells exactly like a black IPA should. I'm not going to give it a 5 because it doesn't revolutionize the style, but Big Spruce did it again. Nice job fellas!

Growler from the brewery into pint glass. Pous a dark cola color with a nice light tan head. Initial impression is a deliciously bitter IPA with definite roasted malt presence. Mouthfeel is medium; carbonation is perfect. Finish is bitter and lingering. Black IPAs kind of confuse me (visual vs taste), but this is pretty good!
