This is a wheat IPA brewed at Big Spruce together with Sawdust City Brewing of Gravenhurst, Ontario. First brewed in February of 2014, it adds the body and head retention qualities of malted organic wheat to a traditional American style IPA recipe. First wort hopped with Magnum for a zesty apricot flavour, and finished with Chinook and Amarillo for flavour and aroma. This beer is unique.
