A cult favourite, our warm-weather-only seasonal release, The Silver Tart is the only PINK beer you'll ever need! Bright & fresh, bursting with summer raspberries, and balanced with a delightful tartness. If there ever was a beer that drinks like a French rosé, THIS. IS. IT!
Non-Nova Scotians might be confused/curious about the name of the beer. It is a play on words with 'The Silver Dart', the first airplane flight in the British Empire on February 23, 1909. The location of the flight was Baddeck Bay in Nova Scotia and the pilot was J.A. Douglas McCurdy also from Baddeck, Nova Scotia (which is in Cape Breton and close to the Big Spruce brewery).

Hazy pink with a huge billowing head. Pure fresh raspberry nose, just picked! Clean sour body, good tartness. Ultra-refreshing.
