Stellar Velocity is a barrel-aged version of Dark Matter, our Black Saison, with blackberries and black currants. Aged in Sangiovese barrels for 6 months with lactobacillus and brettanomyces, this delectable brew has a dark garnet color, a robust dark fruit flavor, and notes of Sangiovese and oak on the finish. Amazing complex and nicely tart, this beer is ready to enjoy now, but don't be shy aging this beer, as it will only get better with time.
