The Cardinal Raspberry is a Flanders-style ale that begins as a Belgian red ale. It is brewed and then barreled with raspberries, lactobacillus, and brettanomyces for 2 years. Traditionally this beer is brewed with cherries, but we decided to experiment with just one barrel of raspberries. Quite possibly our rarest beer that may never be brewed again, this is one for the books. Almost a hybrid between our Framboise and The Cardinal, this beer is incredibly complex and will age phenomenally for months and even possibly years to come.
