We've always been huge fans of The Good Beer Company and their wild ales, so when we had the chance to work with them, making a zinfully delectable brew with wild yeast was a must. Since they are located just outside of the City of Angels in Santa Ana and we're just outside of Zin country, the name Saints & Zinners seemed fitting. We had the opportunity to snag some fresh Old Vine Zinfandel barrels from Jeremy Wine Company and some fresh Zinfandel grapes, also from Lodi, to transform this straightforward Saison into a complex Wild Ale over the course of a year. It showcases a beautiful ruby color, fruit-forward flavor, and tart, dry finish.
