Appearance: black in color with a thick 1" head that lasted a bit.
Smell: roasted malts and a bit of grains is what the nose picks up here.
Taste: roasted malt, milk chocolate, hint of vanilla, and a soft bitterness. No real bourbon flavors here.
Mouthfeel: medium bodied beer. Smooth at the start, creamy at the finish.
Overall: a nicely flavored stout without any trace of bourbon.

Lacked a strong bourbon flavor and I felt that it was honestly very similar to its non-BBA counterpart.
