Incredibly refreshing! Perfect for a summer afternoon. A whiteish head that disappeared sort of soon was about the only problem I had.

A 330ml bottle with a BB of Oct 2013, so it's a little out of date. Picked up a while back from Trembling Madness in York. The label mentions that the recipe includes honey, ginger and grains of paradise for a creative twist on the style.
Poured into a Delirium chalice. Bottle conditioned. A very hazy golden-amber hue with fine sediment and good carbonation. Produces a large head of creamy off-white foam that lasts for a few minutes before settling as a thick surface layer. Aroma of fruity yeast esters and spice, with hints of banana, clove, bubblegum, coriander, pepper, mild ginger, a twinge of cinammon, wheat and earthy yeast. Distinctive yet wonderfully balanced - superb.
Tastes of fruity yeast and spice with a bone-dry finish. Notes of banana, clove, pepper, bubblegum, phenolics, coriander, faint ginger, wheat, earthiness and stewed leaves. Highly attenuated, with a touch of alcohol in the background and a lingering, yeasty character upon swallowing. Mouthfeel is smooth, dry and tingly, with pleasant carbonation and good body. Pretty astringent, accompanied by an aftertaste of fruity yeast esters, spice and earthiness.
Very nice - a well constructed take on the style. Looks spot on, with a fantastic aroma and flavour of saison yeast and subtle spice. The additions are nicely judged. Great body. A quality effort that goes down a treat; well worth sampling if you're a fan of the style.
