Note: auto-correct messed up name: Wallonian Dawn.
Listed as a honey-saison at the brewery, but has a little more hops bite to it than expected.
Pours hazy yellow, nose is more bitter than sweet, contrary to the "honey" in the title. The initial taste reminds me of a hopped pilsner, but it mellows into some hints of sweetness combined with a sour lemony taste. The ending is a little bitter.
Overall, it's a fine average beer.
