Served in a Lagunitas mason jar.
Can I get tickets to this show? (Better music in my collection, anyway...) This stuff pours a clear amber-brass topped by a finger of lightly off-white foam. The nose comprises mild pine resin, mixed greens, and slightly sweet biscuit. The taste brings in more of the same, a rather pleasant balance created between the biscuit and the pine. The body is a light medium, with a light moderate carbonation and a drying finish. Overall, a solid, if kinda ordinary, IPA.

Decent enough brew. Nose had alot of biscuit, wish I knew when it was brewed (try a freshness date guys). Would have liked to see a little more hop flavor but a pretty good english malt backbone.
