Poured on-tap at the brewery, the beer is a crystal clear, auburn-red coloring, with a filmy, clingy, white head. Nose of rich and roasted caramel, with notes of peat and earth. Flavors are sweet and roasted forward, with caramel and nut, tangy toffee, and hints of candi sugar. Light and smooth in mouth, with a sugary sweet aftertaste, both tangy and cloying. The finish is light, smooth, and slightly sticky at the end.
