@ Crank Arm
Orange with a hazy glow and topped with a head of compact white foam that leaves behind some quality sheeting on the glass. Beautiful, complex, fruity hop aroma showcasing the potential of Mosaic: berries, black tea, lime, oily dankness, and mild pepper all on top of some warm, biscuity malts. Somewhat resinous, full-flavored hop profile. Candy-like fruit, citrus juice, peach, lime, pineapple, pine. Crisp, medium-light, and totally crush-able. The best of the Unicycle series yet!

Nice looking bright orange color, evenly and lightly hazy, with a pleasant inch high white finely bubbly head. Lace sticks around in wavy sheets once the head fades to a thin white sheet. Aroma is a mix of stinky berries, dark tropical, blood oranges, melon, fleshy peaches, pineapple gummi bears, a hint of lemon, spicy black pepper, red bell pepper, and fresh crackery grains. Tastes good. The mosaic holds its own in this. It has a nice range of hoppy flavors and just right bitterness levels. Flavors include miscellaneous berries, funky earthy, crispy brisk peppery bitterness, juicy and acidic lemon, plus an array of other mystery fruit-like flavors. Mosaic always seems to yield some interesting qualities and I think they did a good job with it here. Mouthfeel is dry, semi-resinous, and slick. Body is just right for this beer. Overall I am pleased.
