Lightly hazy golden-amber with a thick and milky-looking head. Slightly unusual hop aromas of apple, melon, tangerine, and pulpy juice...a little disjointed. Flavor fits the description of "peppery citrus" with added leafy bitterness and dried fruit. Some light grain peaks through in the finish, adding a touch of sweetness. Bitter, medium bodied feel. Well done for the hop choice, but the overall profile leads me to believe this isn't a good choice for a single hop beer. It can - and has - worked very well in conjunction with others though.
