Poured on-tap at the brewery, the beer is a crystal clear, caramel color with a filmy, clingy, white head. Nose of rich caramel, sweet and roasted, with nutty highlights. Flavors are rich caramel forward, with a bitter hops undertone, and subtle notes of char. Smooth, light, and dry bodied, with a roasted sweet aftertaste. Cloying, sweet lingering finish.
