Poured on tap at the brewery. Perfectly clear, nice light amber color.
Looks maltier than it smells. Hop (Rakau) is one I am not sure I've ever had before. Nose came across more on the citrus side to me.
Flavor is pretty great, really nice session beer here. Nice floral and bitter aspects of the hop come through. Really quick and clean finish. Definitely a solid beer - I wish I could have tried some of their other single hop ales with hops I'm a bit more familiar with like Mosaic. I'd say this is probably the second best beer I had here next to the milk stout.
