Poured from a tall bottle into a Dogfish Head tulip. As per the brewer, "Whitewall wheat aged in whiskey barrels with lime juice and lactobacillus'.

L: Clear medium golden pour with thin fizzy white head. Falls fast... nice ring of lacing.

S: Tartness, funk, and lime.

T.F: Tart lime juice up front... whiskey barrel and oak mingled with a light wheat beer. Vanilla and citrus. The lime really works with the vanilla. Sticky on the tongue... light bodied, and at 4.4% super drinkable. More lime and whiskey at the finish.

O: An outstanding soured wheat beer... the lime and whiskey are fantastic together, and this is a super unique beer. Really enjoyed it.
