Look: It pours dark amber with an off white head. Head retention is very good.
Smell: It has strong herbal aromas with grainy sweetness in the background. It has a touch of honey in the background as well.
Taste: It has Mailliard elements in the flavor with a touch of honey and grainy sweetness. There are herbal elements with a touch of spice.
Feel: It has a medium body with a fairly neutral body slanted towards bitter.
Overall, this is darker than most Maibock's that I've had, but it is enjoyable.
