Ah, Summit. A divisive hop and an interesting choice for the first of hopefully many Unicycle iterations, which will showcase a different hop with each brewing.
Seriously hazy yellow with a small head that drops to a stable, creamy film. Spicy, fresh hop pellet aroma featuring some weed and scallion-like characteristics. Lightly sweet grain, grapefruit, orange, a little earthy herbalness...overall zesty and dank in the hop department. Light, but plenty flavorful for sub-5%. Obviously, Summit wasn't used in massive quantities here, so perhaps those that are normally turned off by the hop can enjoy this one. An enjoyable first beer from a place I can see myself frequenting quite often.
