This is our take on a Belgian classic Witbier. While we use traditional wheat malt and Belgian yeast typical of Wit style beers, we do not add coriander or orange zest instead we utilize American variety Citra hops for flavor, aroma and dry hop.The bouquet and palate of this beer is juicy grapefruit with a hint of grassiness. Light in body, this beer drinks well year-round but is exceptional when the weather gets warm.

L - Light yellow pour with one finger white fizzy head that quickly dissipated. Light lacing.
S - Faint nose of citrus and grass.
T - More pronounced taste of citrus and grain with a hint of vanilla.
F - Medium body with light-medium carbonation. Smooth feel.
O - Overall, a very drinkable wheat beer that is enjoyable.

Drinking this at The Crank Arm Brewery in Downtown Raleigh NC.
Poured from a tap into a pint glass.
Looks yellow, hazy, with a nice foamy head that dropped quickly to a thin cap.
Smells lightly crackery, citrusy, orange, lemony vanilla.
Taste follows the nose nicely with citrusy notes on the front.
Mouth feel is medium plus for the style with a very smooth finish.
Overall very nice for the style and I would definitely order again.

Look: It pours cloudy yellow with a white head. Head retention is good.
Smell: It is very aromatic with spices in the forefront. There is a perfumy element with lemon. Coriander and pepper is quite noticeable.
Taste: It has flavors that are grainy sweet with some cracker. There is some lemon with coriander and pepper. There is a background note of orange.
Feel: It has a medium body with plenty of spice in the finish.
Overall, the aroma is outstanding and the beer is good as well.
