Cloudy orange with only a sparse, creamy ring of a head. Deep, oily lemon candy-like aromas...juicy citrus, leafy spice, and some nutty, toasty malts hidden right at the end. Further juicy, sugary citrus in the flavor, typical Sorachi flavors (though without any creamy/buttery notes), light toasted malt. Super flavorful for the ABV. Medium bodied and oily feeling leading to a fairly crisp finish. Sorachi Ace is not one of my favorite hops, but here, using them as the only hop and milking every last bit of lemony goodness out of them, they did quite well. I can wait to see what's next in the Unicycle lineup.
