We put Blood Orange Juice and Zest into a German Style Hefeweizen. Don't be afraid of the slight tartness derived from the Lactic Acid.

Overall a good Hefeweizen. Not very sour but very refreshing.

22oz into a tulip.
Pours a hazy, sediment-filled orange. White head is gone quick. Lots of orange and lightly sweet grain in the nose. Taste brings dry grain, light coriander, mildly sweet wheat, and some pleasant acidity from the citrus. No lactic sourness detected, but very nice nonetheless.
