12oz bottle. Served in a teku glass 4/19/2015.
A- Darker reddish-brown body, two finger offwhite head with fair retention, drops into a medium collar and thin film. Not much lacing.
S- A bit of vinegar, tart lactic acid, darker fruit sweetness that reminds me of dark currants, a bit of floral twang as well.
F- Dissapointingly herbal and floral predominant, bitter spices (like parsley?) that seem out of place, odd slightly metallic finish. Blech.
M- Thinner bodied, a bit dissapointing in terms of the depth. Mostly a bitter metallic and herbal finish. Not easy to drink by any means.
O- So, that's $4 down the drain. It's definitely not worth going after.

poured 12oz bottle into teku.
A - Mudy puddle brown with a very thin head. Spotty lacing.
S - Herbal tea with some odd fruit and spice notes. Not very tart on the nose.
T - Definitely not a sour beer. Some minor tartness, but more of an herbal, spiced fruit beer.
M - Weakly carbonated with a medium muddled feel.
O - Not really impress and I'm really glad I bought a single. I think I am done with MC for now. I'll keep an eye on them for the future to see if they can hone their craft.
