Poured from a can into a pint glass. Pours orange yellow with a small white head. Smells of sweet citrus hops. Tastes of sweet citrus hops with a bit of rhubarb bite. Beer is light bodied and easy drinking, good carbonation. Overall, a very good beer.

Appearance: Pours a deep, completely cloudy, orange color with lots of white sediment. A small white head. SRM of 12. (3.75)
Aroma: Strong aromas of dank herbs, baked apple, evergreen pine and herbs. Even has some garlic, cheese, and potato aroma like garlic and Parmesan curly fry. (3.25)
Flavor: Mild on the flavor compared to the nose, but similar. More pine, evergreen, and herbs. Some tart and sour qualities. But then possibly a trace of blue cheese notes too? Pale malts possibly underneath. Finishes slightly tart or sour. (3.50)
Feel: Light to moderate body. Flat on the carbonation. Leaves a mild sour component on the palate. (3.25)
Overall: An unique, but not very appetizing IPA. Low on flavor and carbonation. Strong herbal notes. Maybe some Rhubarb, but I almost interpret it as more of a herbs and cheese flavors. Not exactly appetizing and I think the same people that enjoy munching on onions and herbs will enjoy this beer. Not for me though. Would not recommend. (Final Rating: 3.28)

Aroma is somewhat subtle, with definite notes of rhubarb and citrus accenting lightly sweet caramel malt. Touch of resin.
Flavor is more resiny throughout, with an earthy, moderately bitter finish, fairly astringent. There's a modest rhubarb note that is overpowered early.
Rhubarb is a very bitter, astringent vegetable, and really needs some sweetness to bring out its tart flavor.
