Decent to wash-down a nondescript dinner of leftovers of potatoes and veggies with modest gobs of honey mustard. As for beer enjoyment, look elsewhere.

Looks like a lager that time forgot (and this copy may be too old as I found it on the remainders shelf at Woodman's Kenosha.) Smells are equally average bland. Tastes offer a little lingering hops in the finish and we could call it semi-dry, but not enough to distinguish. Light in my mouth.

I like MobCraft's concept: beer should be more participatory between brewers and imbibers. But thinking that and doing that is not a direct line of contact. MobCraft is now a dozen years old, so its concept grows slowly. But they have opened another taproom. So, I give them good Overall Hugs for all the above.

12oz can. No dating information found.
Clear, pale gold colored body. Thin finger of white head, and the resulting partial cap is reinforced with rising bubbles. No lacing.
Aroma of bready and woody malts. White grape and apple.
Taste is mixing the floral, fruity, and spicy hops with the toasted light caramel malts. More spice bitterness than in a traditional pilsner. Has a white wine vibe.
Medium mouth feel. Clean and crisp finish. Good carbonation.
Hopped up pilsner.

Appearance: Pours a clear, orange-golden color with a mild white head. SRM of 7-8. (3.75)

Aroma: Relatively strong aromas of flower, grains, some lemon citrus. Yeasty and clean. (4.25)

Flavor: Strong flavors of flower and hoppy citrus notes upfront. These quickly fade into a pale malt body and smooth, lightly malted finish. Mildly sweet. (3.75)

Feel: Medium-bodied, average to lower carbonation. Smooth finish. (3.75)

Overall: These dry-hopped pilsners are a cool and interesting style, but have to get them fresh like an IPA. This one has no canning date so I am unsure how fresh this one is. Decent hoppy flavors, but falls a part a bit and I bet it held together better when fresh. Can tell it's fallen off a bit, but still drinks pretty well. (Rating: 3.87)

Day 3 of the 2021 Advent Calendar. Poured from a can into a pint glass. Pours golden yellow with just a hint of orange and a tiny white head. Smells of cereal grain, pretty plain. Tastes of cereal grain with some citrus and earthy hop notes. Beer is light bodied and easy drinking, good carbonation. Overall, a good beer.

This beer is from their 2021 Advent Calendar.

This beer pours pretty clear. Light golden color. The head is 1 finger and white. Retention is decent, but there's no lacing on the glass.
Aroma is as expected - straight up malt, bread biscuit.
The flavor is like the nose - malty, bread, biscuit. There is, however an interesting flavor that hits on the black. It's a pepper like flavor. A bit strange, yet interesting. I'm really getting no hops, yet, it's billed ad dry hopped. Not expecting a lot, considering the style, but was expecting some.
The body is light, and crisp feeling.
For what it is, not bad at all.
