Served on-tap in a nonic glass
A- Golden hazy yellow with a small white head.
S- Lots of grassy notes and some medium bitterness. Not really getting much malt. Reminds me of a pilsner that is highly hopped with Saaz.
T- Similar to nose, very grassy with a medium bitterness and a light malt presence. Doesn't linger on the palate and is very refreshing.
M- Light to medium mouthfeel. Refreshing.
O- I was pleasantly surprised at the full hop flavor of this beer for only being 4.8%. This is a great show case of Czech Saaz hops as it is the only hop in this beer. One thing I wish this beer had was a more of a Belgian yeast character. I bet if they used a Saison yeast this would be a pretty fantastic brew.
