Poured into a pint glass at the brewery, deep amber with an off-white head, dissipating quickly to a ring; lingering lacing. Odors of rye and caramel. Taste of carmelized malts and rye, subtle but complex hops. Rye lingers in the aftertaste. A great rye beer.
