Copenhagen 30/9 2017. 33 cl bottle from Vin De Table, Frederikssundsvej, Kbh. NV. Grey label with big Green "Ø" and a huge Hop.
Pours hazy golden yellow with big white head. Stable. Settles as 0,5 cm thick layer of creamy foam covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing on the side of the glass.
Aroma is medium intense. Fresh and fruity. Sweet malts, bread and a bit of caramel. Citrus and freshly mown grass. An almost salty freshness.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, watery, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger sourish bitterness. Aftertaste is clean crisp with a medium strong bitter sourness. Lingers for a bit. Finish is dry.
Crisp and fresh lager. Easy to drink without being outright exciting.
