Done by Noturna brewery under Blondine.
Slightly hazy golden orange color with a huge fluffy head with eternal retention and leaving some laces.
Predominant aroma of anise, rosemary, basil, earth, saison yeast and mothballs.
Flavor with lots of rosemary, ginger, earth-rye, dried basil, pineapple, lemon drops, saison yeast and thyme. Dry and bitter aftertaste.
Medium body with appropriate carbonation.
They don’t mention any herbs or spices in the bottle, though I have the impression they overdone just a bit the addition of the same. Still, this is a bold and interesting take on a Saison.
