Appearance: pours cloudy (looks like a latte as you get closer to the bottom of the bottle), unfiltered, high carbonation, large head
Smell: floral, a little spice
Taste: very malty, but not as hoppy as you might expect, you can taste the alcohol like you might on a Belgian ale
Mouthfeel: rounded and bold
Overall: I had this beer at a festival on tap, which was a much better pour. It seemed more filtered then with a more crisp finish, but the bottle pour came out as the exact opposite. It poured more like a Hefeweizen, has the aroma of an IPA, but tastes more like a Belgian. It's an interesting beer and worthwhile trying. It certainly has character.
