On tap at AllTech Brews and Food Fair, Dublin
Amber blonde with sticky off white froth. 4
Pineapple, mango, and pine forest nose. 3.75
Sugared shortbread, then papaya, sugared tangerine, blueberry skin, and resin hops. 3.75
Herb oil finish and lingering pine bitterness.
Almost medium, oily, clingy. 4
Tomahawk and Mosaic
Slim malts and punchy hops. A bit unctuous altogether - doesn’t have the nuance that Mosaic can give. But nice and darn hoppy. Another good Hungarian brewery (though the 3IPA is atrocious.) 4
