Pours an effervescent honey color with a sliver of pearl colored head. Minimal head retention & lacing
S: Pears, breadyness, & white pepper
T: Pears, a touch of peach, slight breadynesss & slight boozeyness along with some melon up front. Dryness, pears, white grapes, Golden Delicious apples & a slight funkiness once warm, along with white pepper. Finishes fruity, dry & with some pineapple
MF: Medium bodied, vigorous carbonation
A decent take on the style, this brewery seems to be flying under the radar, they continue to impress me
