look: 3.5 | smell: 3 | taste: 4 | feel: 3.75 | overall: 3.75

The beer pours a nice bronze with a thick and tasty head that lingers throughout the beer and don't get me wrong it is a great linger.

S: Not really mucg if a smell.

T. The initial flavor is a dry malty taste. The dryness lasts until the end but is joined by a nuttiness and a woody hops. As the beer finishes you get a fine dry woody flavor.

MF: The beer sets well in your mouth. Very easy to drink. A dry creaminess.

It is the first beer I tried from this company I was very weary of this beer at first especially with it coming from my hometown. But I was impressed and I would recommend it.

Pours copper with a pinky of cream colored head. Above average head retention & lacing

S: Not much of anything, a little bit of nuttiness is late to the party

T: Much maltyness, dryness, a touch of pears & faint woody hops up front, plus pronounced nuttiness. More pears & nuttiness as this warms, a bit of walnut as well, more dryness. Finishes nutty, fruity with serious malty dryness

MF: Medium bodied, slight carbonation, nice balance

This drinks easy, a pretty good take on the style, big malty backbone on this

A - Pours a auburn reddish-brown with a a massive cascading nitro head(This beer is served nitro on tap only)

S - Sweet roasted malts, Licorice, caramel, toffee

T - Taste was smooth due to the nitrogen. Tasted much like the smell notes. Malty and caramel.

M - Very smooth and creamy carbonation with a medium body.

O - I enjoyed this. It's balanced and easy to drink. I would go to it before many other beers that are widely available served on tap. Very good start from a new local craft brewery.

Pours a clear, brown color. 1/2 inch head of an off-white color. Great retention and good lacing. Smells of sweet malt, slight yeast, slight pale malt, hint of alcohol, and a hint of roasted malt. Fits the style of an ESB. Mouth feel is sharp and crisp, with an average carbonation level. Tastes of sweet malt, slight caramel malt, hint of pale malt, slight hops, and slight alcohol. Overall, well balanced but not complex, decent beer.
