MIYAJIMA Momiji Ale 5%
A 500ml PET(!) bottle filled by the brewmaster from a tap at the brewery on Miyajima Island. Y800.
Hazy copper colored body topped by a beige head with excellent retention.
Mild-moderately bitter: above average for style (Amber Ale) as is the hop load and overall strength of flavor and aroma. Plenty of caramel making for good balance.
Smooth, medium-full body with near medium carbonation.
