@ Steel String
Cloudy yellow-gold under a small, puffy white head that deflates to a patchy covering. Spicy, phenolic yeast aromas over some rustic cracker-like malts, and flowers. Flavors of pale malts, a light yeasty spiciness, a touch of lemon, and biscuits. The yeast is better integrated here than in the nose, lending a more subtle, less phenolic quality. Light, crisp, and dry...very refreshing. Nicely done. Not watery and the yeast is kept in check.
