@ Steel String
Cloudy golden orange color topped with a thick, creamy head. Moderate peppery citrus hop aromas immediately hit the nose followed by some more typical Saison smells like flowers, yeast, and light earth. More zesty citrus in the flavor leading to a bitter finish. Peppercorn, slight funk, and light Belgian yeast esters. Medium-light bodied and dry with a little creaminess. I think this is the best I've had from these guys thus far...
