Passable blond beer. A SMALL AMOUNT OF FLAVoUR IN THE FINISH,BUT very pale look. Quaffable and above macros, barely. Average b.a. rating likely impacted by this being produced for so many years.

Hazy yellow color with white head. Aroma is yeasty, floral with some tart fruits. Taste is not so nice. Just some dusty grains and light yeast esters. Overall not bad.

3/19...pours bright clear golden yellow. Fast fizzy white foam that is active and fast finishing. Light grainy malt nose. Breads. Chewy sweet bread filled flavor. Simple . Chewy. With the bottom it gets cloudy and yeasty. Really nice.

this beer is awesome, especially considering i have never had a beer from israel before this one. golden and clear in color, not mcuh head, but the aroma is fantastic and so is the taste. i get jasmine flowers all the way, fresh and springy and blooming, with a mild hop dose. not sure there is a perfume or floral element added, so if this all comes from the hops, i am literally blown away! such a dynamic taste, minimal on the grain, maybe no more than pale barley, but with a wonderful fresh cut flower taste, and i think jasmine is what i taste the most. so bright, so yummy. never expected this, and if its all from hops, again, i am floored and i want more information. a stark lack of carbonation and a fuller, sweeter body hurt this one i think, but i love its intent, and i love its character. so unique. more bubbles would blow this up, but as an unexpected treat, it cant be beat. absolutely worth trying. some brett in here and some more carbonation and you have the best wild ale of all time, maybe, just maybe...
