Sour Asylum #9 - Gose On My Mind, is our Georgia interpretation of the traditional German-style Gose. We add locally sourced peach juice from Lane Orchards in Peach County, GA for a subtle peach sweetness that balances wonderfully against the tartness from lactobacillus and that gose saltiness from our addition of Persian sea salt.
