Poured on draft at the brewery.
A: Completely hazy dark yellow with an orange tint. Smallish one finger head with moderate retention and light lacing.
S: Bold pepper with a muted citrus undertone. Serrano is coming through nicely on the nose.
T: Vegetable pepper is dominant mixed with light citrus - tangerine and grapefruit.
M: Medium body with average carbonation. Finished with just a touch of pepper head.
O: Nice touch to their Crave IPA for Cinco De Mayo. Very well done.
