Poured from 16oz can dated 01/21 (I think) into Teku glass with one fingers with of fluffy white head that lingers for a bit and then subsides and clings to the edges. Color is pale mimosa, fully hazy and opaque. Nose is orange zest and citrus and pineapple, with just a tinge of hop pellet/extract(?). Clean and medium bodied with light, tight carbonation, not unpleasantly flat, just more settled mimosa than zippy pale ale (from carbonation perspective). Overall, it hits the mark for what it’s trying to be and it’s a good one.
