The vibe is definitely that of a college bar, especially mid-afternoon on a Saturday in the Fall with college football on the TV. While there were billiard tables, I did not see anyone playing during my visit as most people were watching the college football games on the TVs. While there were a fair number of TVs showing sports, it was not very loud and it was fairly easy to carry on a conversation.
Beers were well poured in proper glassware, at a good temperature, and with a respectable amount of head for the style.
Service was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. Decent recommendations on the most recently tapped kegs and beers that they only got single kegs - so I could decide what I wanted to try.
A very nice selection with a good range of styles, lots of local and statewide selections with really decent prices.
Food was good tavern/pub fare but not anything crazy - enjoyable and I would go for a burger again.

Great local college joint near the campus of UNCG. Awesome taps with a knowledgeable staff. Up to date beer menus and great daily specials. Cheers!

Not your average bar! It has all the comfort foods of your standard bar, but it also has a craft beer selection that is the best that I have seen in Greensboro, NC. Right down the road from UNCG. I have never been to a bar of it's equal where it has good burgers/wings as well as quality vegetarian options. One of my favorite dishes is a vegetarian dish (add chicken :-)).
The service has always been top notch and this comes from a guy with high standards. The prices are perfect.
The only downside was parking, but they expanded parking in the back. Everytime I go to Greensboro, I hit this place up. It completes my craft beer craving.
