Wait a tick. A new style I have yet to review? Hey now!
The beer is quite foggy. Quite. Nose seems hefeweizen like. And the flavor does as well. Going from the style guidelines, I get a minimal sour tone and a minimal hop spiced edge as well. It seems more hefe than what a roggenbier is supposedly like.
I don't care though. It's a damn good wheat beer. Damn good. My ratings are to style though and not to taste.
