Appearance: thin white head (served on tap), plenty of streaming bubbles, clear pale straw color. Aroma: very mild aroma, a hint of grassiness, some grain husks, and mild barley malt.
Mouthfeel: light, watery, crisp and refreshing, with a pleasantly dry finish.
Flavor: lightly roasted barley malt, a bit of corn sweetness, maybe a hint of hop bitterness in the finish.
Overall: an excellent cream ale, well done to the style. I enjoyed 2 of these with a meal. Pairs very well with food.
