Howler purchased from Liquor Shed.
A- it pours a slightly hazy gold with a 1 finger head of foam and some nice lacing.
S- big notes of pine and grapefruit with an underling aroma of caramel malt.
T- very hoppy taste here. Big on the pine, big on the grapefruit, hints of tropical fruit, and then the malt moves in with some caramel sweetness. Not quite balanced but man, it's a very good and enjoyable drop.
M- medium bodied with on a fairly light side with the carbonation. Nice smooth mouthfeel.
O- I really like this and I think it would satisfy most fans of American IPAs. Excuse me whilst I pour the second half of the Howler into my glass.
